Taking On A New Property

So we are off back to Oxford tomorrow preparing to pick up the keys to our 11th house! I can’t quite believe that in two years we have 11 houses!! 

Very excited but also apprehensive as the effect Coronavirus is having on the short let industry is still very much present (Which is a real shame as Christmas is normally one of the best times of the year!).

Our plan of action is to pick up the keys on Tuesday and get a longer term tenant in there until the end of February and then fingers crossed we should see a boom in March (Everyone cross your fingers….. and toes!!)

It’s all about looking and exploring new strategies, not letting it put you off but finding ways around it and to overcome the new found struggles and obstacles that have appeared. 

We are also off to view another apartment tomorrow so let’s hope that’s a success!
